Nice comfy base for 1 night. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Nice deluxe room with shared bathroom. Helpful staff members, particularly good location next to city center and retiro park as well as the park. Also, in the centre of Madrid.

Free WiFi, close to Puerta del Sol and Museo del Prado, which means I could easily post my pretentious Instagram photos with fancy filters and pretend to appreciate art.
Because who needs a coffee machine when you can run to the hallway for hot water? And oh, did I mention my fabulous underground apartment?

This place exceeded my expectations! the room was amazing, clean, and cozy. the facilities were modern and felt very safe. the location was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Plus, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was top-notch. I can't praise this place enough! I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
While my overall experience was great, there were a few minor inconveniences. First, the check-in process was a bit confusing, as it required online check-in and uploading a passport photo.

clean property - great location in the middle of everything - got local insights and directions in advance from the property - easy self check-in with codes - parking right in front of the entrance.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was excellent, better than I expected. Everything was clean, modern, and safe. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the town. It was close to the central station and just a short walk to the park. The bed was great and the shower was very good. I can't speak highly enough about this place. I will definitely use it again in the future.

The staff online was fast and friendly. Free water dispenser on the corridor. Convenient central location. Clean rooms and bathrooms, with towels provided. Reliable wifi. Quiet hotel and comfortable bed. Microwave corner and connected rooms were a nice bonus.
Felt really welcomed, no complaints at all.
